I am inspired by the slowness and stillness within yoga, the opportunity to see a little more clearly. Over the years I have been on a journey towards rest, towards finding this ability for ease, and the knowledge that comes from that space. I offer several practices that move from this mission of rest, including radical self care work and yin yoga. I invite you to explore these practices and figure out what inspires you to go deeper into your own journey.
