Holiday Self Care Workshop

As we approach the busy holiday season and all of the stress that can come along with it, it's important to remember to take time out for you. Come spend an afternoon devoted entirely to your self care.
This workshop will start with a discussion around the ways we can practice self care in the little moments, exploring how we create space to serve ourselves so we can be fully present in all of the events of the season. Then we'll move into a physical practice designed to help you process stress and tension through your body. This practice will take you through a variety of techniques that you can use whenever you need!
Self care is not selfish. It's a vital part of our well being.
