I am inspired by the slowness and stillness within yoga, the opportunity to see a little more clearly. Over the years I have been on a journey towards rest, towards finding this ability for ease, and the knowledge that comes from that space. I offer several practices that move from this mission of rest, including radical self care work and yin yoga. I invite you to explore these practices and figure out what inspires you to go deeper into your own journey.

Create time to check in with yourself. Create space to give yourself what you need. Become involved with your ongoing well-being. Self Care is highly personal and individual, just like you. Work on what matters to you and create a routine that moves with you on your journey. Self care isn’t selfish, it’s a vital part of our personal and communal well-being.
